<li><strong>Three Permission Levels</strong><br>Share your budget with others as an owner, editor, or viewer. Owners have full control. Editors can make changes. Viewers receive real-time updates without editing access.</li>
<li><strong>Invite Up to Five Users</strong><br>Premium subscribers can share their budgets with up to five other people, including free users. Each person can have a different permission level based on how you want them to collaborate.</li>
<li><strong>Accept, Decline, or Block</strong><br>Invitations arrive as notifications. Recipients can accept to start collaborating, decline to pass, or decline and block to prevent future requests from that user.</li>
<li><strong>Your Style Carries Over</strong><br>Your custom themes and icons apply to the shared budget. Everyone sees the budget exactly as you have designed it.</li>
<li><strong>Manage Access Anytime</strong><br>Revoke access or change permission levels whenever you need. Transfer ownership to another user or delete the budget entirely.</li>
