Essential Budget Premium is $9.99/month and is billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account settings, and you'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, except in cases of billing error, service access issues on our side, or where required by law.
All purchases for our service are securely processed by Paddle acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR). This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled when purchasing a subscription through Paddle.
By subscribing, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

While Paddle manages payment collection and refund logistics, refund eligibility is determined by us under this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused time remaining in a subscription once a billing period has begun.
All sales are final once a billing period begins. We do not offer partial, prorated, or "money-back" refunds for unused portions of a subscription term.

The Premium Plan includes AI processing and usage-based features that incur real infrastructure and compute costs. As such:

We review all refund requests carefully and aim to respond within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We do not offer a money-back or satisfaction guarantee. Our service (including AI features) is delivered immediately upon payment, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the current billing term. This policy protects against refund abuse and ensures fairness to all users by preventing excessive usage followed by refund claims.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Since Paddle serves as the Merchant of Record, chargebacks are handled directly by Paddle per their established procedures.
Excessive or unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension or denial of future service.
We reserve the right to update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. For existing subscribers, we will honor the policy in effect at the time of your most recent payment.
